Bondhood jewelry is 314L stainless steel coated in gun metal, our jewelry can be exposed to water it will not lose it's colour or fade.

however, Bondhood does recommend you take care of your jewelry by keeping it in it's original packaging and not exposing it to harmful chemicals.   

Bondhood Engravers are in business since 2000 and we use high end laser engraving machines on our jewelry. Based on what you choose the engraving colour could be a slight contrast between gold and grey. Taking into consideration the colour of our jewelry a slight contrast between gold and grey looks best on the shiny black.

The  bar necklace is a 55cm chain, you can adjust the cuffs by the two flexible metal ends. They are high quality and flexible, so they will not break under any circumstance. Our cuffs will fit any wrist size, adjustable to both men and women. Our other hand chains are adjustable as well.

BONDHOOD has high quality jewellery and takes pride in making sure that our customers are satisfied with their order. If we have failed to do so than we take full responsibility. We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at admin@bondhood.com If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Dear Customer at Bondhood we try to be efficient and punctual, as soon as we receive your order within three days your order is complete and ready to ship, we might not be able to change your engraving once it's done however, if within those three days you need to change your address please email admin.bondhood@gmail.com  immediately.

please note as stated in our terms of service section 6 Bondhood is not held reliable or accountable for changes that need to made to engraving and addresses once the order is placed.
